Appointments are available by phone, email, contact form, and fitting appointment request. Weekdays are by appointment from 09:00 to 19:00, Saturdays are by appointment, and Sundays are closed.
When will I know the price?
We review the garment construction, fabric, condition, and requested fit before preparing a quote. The final price depends on the work needed for that specific garment.
What is included in a standard fitting?
A standard fit-alteration package includes one fitting appointment, a written alteration scope, approval before additional work, and a final fit check at collection.
How long does alteration work usually take?
Typical turnaround is 4 to 8 business days after inspection, depending on the garment and the scope of adjustments. We confirm timing after the first assessment.
Do you include garment cleaning?
We provide care and pressing notes at collection, but cleaning, stain removal, dyeing, and specialist textile cleaning are not included unless separately confirmed.
